Tracey Cooke
Individual and Couple Psychotherapist (MBACP)
Psychosexual Therapist (COSRT Accredited)
Hello, I'm Tracey and I am a highly qualified and experienced sex and relationship psychotherapist. Relationships can at times be a great source of distress and anxiety; sometimes it’s easy to feel stuck and unable to move forwards. You may be having difficulties with communication, infidelity, intimacy, sexual difficulties, or perhaps you just can’t seem to get along anymore and you’re not sure why. Whether you are experiencing difficulties within your relationship, or find it difficult to form relationships, I can give you the space you need to explore and understand these issues.
I work with couples and individuals on a diverse range of sexual and relationships issues using an integrative approach; combining psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment perspectives and cognitive behavioural therapy with mindfulness. I provide a safe and non judgemental environment for you to discuss and think about the issues you would like to address.
Counselling can help you to see the recurring patterns that underpin your relationships and understand the interactions between you and your partner. It is an opportunity to think about how you fit together as a couple and through this understanding form a more intimate and closer relationships.
I am an accredited member of The College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I am registered as a practitioner with Cigna.
