Sarah Calvert
Psychotherapist, Relationship Therapist, and Separation and Divorce Coach, UKCP, COSRT.
My decision to become a psychotherapist stems from a life-long interest in how people overcome obstacles to reach their true potential, to live a more fulfilled, joyful and connected life, whether that be in their personal relationships or their professional lives.
In my practice I work with both individuals and couples. I have experience working with a wide range of presentations specialising in relationship therapy, psychosexual therapy and trauma. With extensive experience working with complicated relationship issues, family dynamics, separations and divorce,
In my practice, I use a “top-down/bottom-up” approach, where day-to-day behavioural strategies are combined with deeper explorations of underlying issues. This approach provides clients with tangible, immediate support while addressing the core complexities at play on a deeper level. A bespoke approach, blending traditional modalities and innovative techniques, is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
I also contribute to the field of relationships and mental health in the media and have written and provided content to a diverse range of outlets including The Guardian, Net Doctor, The Times, Metro, Huff Post, DIVA and Teaching Times amongst others.
