Originally from California, I studied Music and Sociology at UCLA. After graduating, I moved to London which has been my home for over 20 years. 

It was during my time as a social worker where I first became interested in family systems, particularly couple dynamics. My interest in relationships led me to Tavistock Relationships (TR), London’s leading training institute for couple therapy, where I worked as a Senior Clinician. I continue my work at TR as a tutor and supervisor for trainee therapists. I was also part of the psychosexual therapist team at Soho’s NHS Sexual Health Clinic 56 Dean Street.

In 2017 I co-founded East London Relationship Therapy in Shoreditch (ELRT). Where I currently manage a busy practice with a team of over 25 practitioners. Now with over 10 years experience specialising in couple and psychosexual therapy, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, a diverse variety of couple pairings, multi cultured and multi partnered.

Whether you are presenting with general relationship issues or a specific sexual difficulty, my approach uses a combination of psychodynamic therapy, CBT, behavioural exercises and somatic experiencing therapy. Above all, I hold a non judgmental and sex positive/kink aware approach which appreciates the uniqueness of each individual and is oriented toward potential rather than pathology.
