Holly Brockwell
Psychotherapist (UKCP Accredited)
Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist (COSRT Registered)
You may be seeking help – either as an individual or a couple – due to challenges in your relationship, navigating life in general, or distressing symptoms preventing you from thriving and living life to the fullest. With 17 years experience in the field and high-level training in a range of leading therapeutic approaches, I offer a dedicated safe space to explore, understand, and work towards resolving the challenges and difficulties you bring.
In addition to my general Psychotherapy Practice, training at the Tavistock Centre in London led me to specialise in Psychosexual Therapy, treating sexual, intimacy, and relationship issues.
As the therapeutic process unfolds – whether short or longer term – clients typically report improved communication skills, resolution of sexual dysfunctions, increased capacity for intimacy and connection, and a sense of healing and release from past wounds.
I value and promote inclusive practice – welcoming those from LGBTQ+ communities, as well as those practising consensual non-monogamy or exploring what sexuality means to them. I am Registered with BUPA Global and AXA Healthcare and am fully insured with an up-to-date Enhanced DBS check.
If you would like to explore the possibility of working together, I look forward to hearing from you to discuss your needs and how I may be of help.
